Established in 2010, Bryoni’s Hair has quickly become known as one of the best boutique salons in the Eastern Suburbs. Through passionately upheld standards of excellence and continual training, our stylists and colourists are always up to date with the latest techniques and products.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and experience along with precision cutting, colour and styling in our salon.

The Bryoni’s hair team are constantly learning skills, training and developing ideas to provide their clients with high quality products, techniques and a sophisticated style. Our team regularly attend training and inspiration workshops brought to us by our salon product partners and industry educators.

Bryoni’s Hair was established in 2010 and I have tried to created a space that is warm and inviting, I love what I do, coming to work everyday puts a smile on my face. I have been doing hair for over 15 years and I’m always looking to further my knowledge so that we all stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry.
We use top brands in our field to create the best finished product.
I love all aspects of hairdressing, colouring, cutting and styling. I am proud to call Bryoni’s Hair “my baby” as we have come such a long way since we opened 11 years ago!

Hi I’m Kate from the UK and have been hairdressing since I was 15 so 16 years. I love all aspects of hairdressing but mainly specialising in blondes. I look at my job as a hobby meeting new people, working along side a great team but most of all I love making people feel good about themselves!
I have been working at Bryoni’s Hair for 4 years and have built a great clientele but always happy to have someone new in my chair!
I was working in Bristol before I moved to Sydney where I trained and worked in a franchise salon called “Saks” where I built on my skills and became a L’Oréal colour specialist.
I have been a L’Oréal colour trophy regional finalist twice in London twice and once in Sydney. ◦

She is passionate about delivering an excellent hairdressing experience to all of her clients, routinely exceeding their expectations.

She loves creating seamless balayages, creamy blondes and beachy waves.
